Bran Castle (Castelul Bran) is Romania's most-visited tourist attraction and one of the most iconic castles in the world. Perched on a rocky cliff at the entrance to the Bran Pass, the fortress looks exactly as you'd imagine a vampire's lair — Gothic towers, narrow staircases, hidden passages and a commanding view over the forest below.
